• Vendor setup: Friday, August 28, 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 29, 8:00 a.m.–8:30 a.m.

• Expo Sale hours are 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

• Vendors must remain open until 4:00 p.m.

• Tear down begins at 4:00 p.m. All merchandise and equipment must be removed by 6:00 p.m.

• Do not leave anything on the grounds. Vendors will be billed for disposal.

• Booth spaces are approximately 10' × 10'.

• Each booth includes one (1) 8-foot table.

• Additional 8-foot tables are available for $13 each.

• Vendors provide chairs, canopies, displays, extension cords, and other equipment.

• Booth assignments are made by Event Center staff.

• Consecutive assignments will be made if multiple booth spaces are purchased by the same vendor.

• Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Reservations are confirmed only after a completed application and full payment are received.

• No refunds.

• The following may not be sold: alcohol, marijuana or marijuana-related products, illegal drugs or paraphernalia, adult-oriented merchandise, hazardous materials, or open flames. If you have a question about your items, please contact the Fair Office at fairstaff@cowlitzwa.gov or (360) 577-3121.

• Food vendors must obtain all required Cowlitz County Health Department approvals.

• Participation may be limited to one vendor per direct-sales company or product line on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Do not use nails, screws, staples, or tape on Event Center property.

• Please leave your space in the condition you found it in. Messes left will be billed to the vendor of that booth space.

• Vendors are responsible for the security of their merchandise.

• Buildings will be secured overnight following Friday setup.

• The person signing the application is responsible for ensuring everyone in their booth complies with these guidelines.

• The vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cowlitz County, the Cowlitz County Fair Foundation, the Cowlitz County Event Center, and their officials, employees, volunteers, and agents from claims arising from participation, except those caused solely by County negligence or willful misconduct.
