Continue to search for new activities and exhibits to implement within the fair that highlight Cowlitz County's unique history, local businesses, and community achievements.

INCREASE PARTICIPATION AND VOLUNTEERISM FOR ALL AGE GROUPS:

Develop targeted outreach programs to encourage new exhibitors, and new Superintendents in non-traditional fair categories (e.g., technology, sustainable living).

DEEPEN UNDERSTANDING OF AGRICULTURE’S ROLE AND IMPACT:

Partner with local agricultural organizations and businesses to offer educational workshops on topics like sustainable farming, local food systems, or agricultural technology.

EMPOWER YOUTH THROUGH EXPANDED 4-H/FFA OPPORTUNITIES:

Showcase a wider range of 4-H and FFA projects, including those that reflect evolving interests and career paths (e.g., robotics, coding, entrepreneurship).

ENHANCE THE OVERALL FAIRGOER EXPERIENCE THROUGH INNOVATION AND ACCESSIBILITY:

Introduce new entertainment options that appeal to a broader demographic while maintaining traditional fair attractions.

ENSURE THE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY AND POSITIVE IMPACT OF THE COWLITZ COUNTY FAIR:
